Born and raised in (New Taiton) El Campo, Melissa knows Wharton County and the surrounding counties well. Born into a farming & ranching family, hard work and honesty are rules she still lives by. Starting her real estate career in 1998, Melissa has been assisting buyers and sellers with every aspect of the real estate industry. Totally hands on from the initial meeting to months and even years after the transaction closes. No property is too large or too small to market. “Everyone deserves the property of their dreams, my job is to do my best to make that happen”.
Cydni Rod

Native of New Taiton (El Campo), Cydni moved to Fort Worth after graduation to attend Texas Christian University majoring in communications. Finalizing her college career at Texas A&M University, she now assists buyers and sellers in Wharton County, Bryan/College Station, Ft. Worth/Dallas and Austin, Texas. “There is a buyer for every property and a property for every buyer….the key is bringing them together”.
Shelby Rod Chachere

Born and raised in New Taiton (El Campo), Shelby received her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance and Master’s Degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University. She married Jonathan Chachere from Dayton, Texas and they currently own ReproSolutions, a bovine embryology and reproduction company in New Taiton. Shelby has been assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate ventures in Wharton and surrounding counties and prides herself on commitment to her clients.
Paul Quinn

Paul graduated from Sam Houston State University in 1985 and started a career as a real estate appraiser where he was a partner in Schneider/Quinn Real Estate Services until 2008. Paul expanded his horizons by taking a position as a Right Of Way Agent Supervisor with Percheron Field Services working on projects throughout the state of Texas. Working with buyers and sellers in every aspect of real estate since 2016 Paul brings a variety of knowledge to his clients.
